LOVE this app!!! Easy to use. Love the wolf howl. Gives enough info without overwhelming. Thanks.

I am a commercial fisherman and moon signs are the key to catching fish consistently. I have used other moon phase calendars, but this is by far the best. A must for the hunter and fisherman. Easiest to use as well!

Slick little app that shows the lunar cycle including a calendar of full & new moons. The main feature, perfect for urbanites like me, lets me set a notification for full or new moons (wolf howl, Beethovens Moonlight Sonata or iTunes library)

User friendly, I really like everything about this app.

Need to know the time the moon rises and sets, otherwise this app is useless. Sad they scammed me.

Love having the info available! Working the evening shift I am not often awake at 9 AM and therefore the notification kept waking me up. I went into the settings and changed the time so that the notification would alert me at 11 AM. This morning the notification again woke me at 9 AM. I double checked the settings, and it IS set for 11AM, so the error was NOT mine.

Minimal value without having daily times that the moon rises and sets

I LOVE this app!!! My Mom was a nurse and always told me that peoples moods follow the moon. This is a friendly reminder of my Moms wisdom and an acknowledgment of why people become irrational during the full moon!

nice app, but theres no way to put up your location, the only option is to use with location services

Really elegant, streamlined app. Easy to use and very flexible. I like the reminders feature for new and full moons. Nice to be able to flip through days and see the moon change. One request: can you add a way to hide all icons on screen so I can see *just* the lovely photo of tonights moon? Thanks for making Mooncast free on AppsGoneFree!

Id like to see a compact widget, maybe about half the height of the current one, for those of us with lots of widgets to manage. Also Moon rise and set times in the widget would be great!

This app is perfect for finding out when the next full or new moon is. It also shows you exactly how much moon you will see on any given day (including today). The two critical features missing are: 1) It only shows the moonrise time for the next full moon or new moon. As a photographer, I would like to know the moonrise (and setting) time on any given day (and from any location - see next point). 1) It needs the ability to specify some other location other than my current location. Then if I plan on being in another location on a specific date I could find out when the moon (at any size) will rise & set there.

Very useful for camping & hunting. Want to know how much illumination there will be from the moon both graphically and illustrative - this app is the app. Love the widget!

Everyone needs to have this Moon app! I like being surprised by the sound of the Wolf. Its rather creepy but very cool. Im Native American and the moon phases are large part of life. Mooncast is very best app for everyone to have.
